📋 Job Overview
Lead ground staff teams ensuring quality check-in, boarding, and arrival services.

• Supervise ground staff during shifts
• Ensure smooth check-in and boarding
• Handle passenger escalations
• Train and mentor junior ground staff
• Coordinate with security, customs, immigration
• Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
🎓 Qualifications
• Graduate, 2-4 yrs ground handling experience
💰 Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Relevant experience in SpiceJet Airlines sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
