Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle across all departments.

• Source candidates through portals and campus drives
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Process offer letters and onboarding docs
• Manage employee records in HRMS
• Handle employee grievances and welfare
🎓 Qualifications
• MBA in HR / PG Diploma in HRM, 1-3 yrs experience
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Relevant experience in SpiceJet Airlines sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
