📋 Job Overview
Ground Staff are responsible for assisting passengers and supporting airport operations to ensure smooth flight departures and arrivals.
🧑✈️ Key Responsibilities
• Assist passengers during check-in and boarding
• Issue boarding passes and baggage tags
• Provide flight information and gate announcements
• Handle passenger queries and complaints
• Coordinate with security, cabin crew, and airport authorities
• Assist elderly, children, and special needs passengers
• Ensure safety procedures and airport regulations are followed
🎓 Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
Basic English communication and computer knowledge
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Relevant experience in SpiceJet Airlines sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
